In a 4-week online course, conveniently from home on your own PC, the basics are laid for exactly this.

 

Your communication skills, which are significantly enhanced in this course, lead to sustainable and successful relationships thanks to successful solutions.

Among other things, you will learn:

 

• which rules communication follows and how it is influenced by us.

• what difficulties can occur during a conversation and how you defuse them.

• how your personality and way of communicating can be used to influence the course of the conversation.

• which techniques are quick and easy to use to end difficult conversations with a desired result

• how to turn a conflict-laden mood into a goal-oriented conversation

• what you can do to involve everyone participating to achieve a satisfactory result.

All this takes place in small working groups. We meet online once a week for about 90 minutes, during which a lively exchange takes place. Experiences, questions et cetera are answered, new ideas and impulses are set. The meetings are complemented by short tasks as well as video messages.
