Professionally active in the areas of sales, marketing, customer support, customer complaints and training since 1984. Professional fields in which interpersonal communication and respect are existential.

I love the practice! It was never special for me to interact with people easily. It never mattered to me whether they were ordinary workers, employees or professors. As a naturally born communicator, it is always easy for me to put myself in the shoes of my counterpart, to feel in it, to walk in his shoes. To feel what they feel, need or desire.
 

Honesty is very important to me, even if it is sometimes difficult to call "things by their name". ... It took me a while to find ways to talk to others without bumping into them.

 

I would like to share these communicative skills, as well as others, with people who also want to have successful conversations (where success means something different for each of us!). Practiced knowledge individually conveyed appropriately. Not according to rigid guidelines, but flexible, according to the tool case principle.

 

Approaching special challenges in interpersonal interaction in a playful way(*). Collect what is and then see how to deal with it. In a gentle, honest way, so that everyone feels comfortable.

 

I want people to simplify and improve their conversations and communication in the field of 'interpersonal difficult communication'.

That we as people treat each other more and more openly, honestly, more trustingly and appreciatively, both in our professional life and in private!

(*) >> Playing this playful approach with words, being creative, inventing new words if necessary, brought me a very interesting project in 2001: not designed from the desk, but matured in the market, in dialogue with the customers.

 

Hachez Chokoladen (founded in 1890) and Reidemeister & Ulrichs (founded in 1831, wine merchant) had the idea to create a gift pack with chocolate and wine. Four types of wine and three types of chocolate were part of the race on the 4-month Tour of Germany. At the end of the tour it was clear which wine and which chocolate were ideal for each other.

 

My ability to "let taste by the customers senses" the appeal of this combination, to communicate the close dialogue between the companies and the weekly experiences, as well as to mediate between the two sides, meant that in 2019 this product will also be a welcome gift pack for the loved ones during the Christmas season. The arguments found in dialogue with customers are still valid today.
